Trolley Management
- Trolley register in store: updated daily with count
- Weekly audits done by supervisor and/or Chandel management with store management
- Monthly counts forwarded to head office first week of every month
- Checks to ensure trolleys are not used for merchandise or anything other than customers
- Dedicated cleaning bays will be demarcated to use for only this purpose
- Safekeeping of trolleys to be ensured in non-exits
- Daily checks to ensure no other traders in area are making use of trolleys
